Very professional.  Performed the inspection promptly and made appropriate recommendations.  I was very please with their service and would use them again.

I've used him for years.  He is absolutely fabulous. 

Bob, of New Tech does not "sell".  He offers a range of services to which I've availed myself over many years but he does not try to force the expensive work on you.  Work is conditionally guaranteed and I've never had to call them on it, even when ants and mice were initially fairly intense.
They send out annual reminders in the spring.  Calls are handled by a service and returned usually within an hour or two.

Heard chewing and running noised in attic over head for past 3 months; recently found wiring cord from microwave to receptacle chewed thru.  Just 2 days later rec'd visit promptly.  We went around house, in both attics with foam bait wire and sealed off openings.  Baits placed especially in garage, and basement where mice were entering.  Advice given; need to place wire, foam all around the basement and roof vent.  Very pleased with responses to questions plus 6 month guarantee.  Highly recommend this company.

good, took a few days but finally yellowjackets subsided and went away. The provider was very responsive and professional.

I left a message for Bob and he called me back right away.  He came out the next day and sprayed outside the garage for carpenter ants.  I haven't seen any sign of them since.
He told me they can come back in April and spray the house and garage for $150 which I will do.

I've been using them for a while. We've been very happy with their services and ever since we started we have been bug-free.

I wanted to use a small local company, found New Tech in the phone book, and checked them against Angie's List. They got a good rating so I gave them a call on the morning of December 22. An answering service told me someone would return my call very soon and within the hour Bob Senior did. I explained that I had seen extensive mouse droppings in my attic. Bob said that mice always came in on the bottom floor and worked their way up. He said they would inspect the outside of my house, look under the bathroom and kitchen sinks, move the stove, etc. He said if I wanted it done before Christmas he could squeeze me in the next day between 2-4.

Promptly at 2 the doorbell rang and it was Bob Junior. He did everything Senior said (except move the stove, though he gave it a valiant try. Instead, he pulled the drawer off and set a trap that way.) Bob was efficient and really polite. He explained that having mice in the house was a common problem at this time of year, and that he had treated several homes in my area (he did not name names!) He left an information sheet as well as suggestions such as having my bulkhead repaired (it was probably the source of the infestation) and getting rid of any grass or bird seed, which mice would eat instead of the bait in the traps.

My husband was the one who chose them. He liked their service plan the most. They call and remind us when they are going to come. They spent time to explain what they would do and they followed up on their work. I would rate them high. When it was snowing they sent out an email saying that they would come back and they came as per the schedule.

I called New Tech Pest Control because I could hear scratching in the walls in a couple of rooms on the first floor of my home (ick). He came out, as promised, the business day after I called, inspected the house for evidence of mouse activity and laid traps. Bob was professional and efficient. He gave me a detailed explanation of everything he did and he provided me with literature on the behaviors of mice and what to look for. Wasps too numerous for house painter to handle comfortably. New Tech returned my phone call same day & made a date for a few days later, with a cost estimate of 125-175. He called that day to say he could come a little earlier if it was convenient, which it was. He explained his sizing up of the situation and what he proposed to do. Since he could climb out on a small portico roof instead of using his ladder, that saved us a few bucks. Very courteous; 3 month guarantee; advice on how long to wait before sealing up the opening where the wasps had entered.

They were very good. The man that came out was respectful and nice.

The job went very well. He came daily over the course of a week. He would come and take anything out that was in the trap. He gave me tips on pruning the tree which was hanging over the roof. He took away some of the nesting material. He was very responsive and knowledgeable about his profession. He made an ugly experience almost pleasant. We would definitely use him again and have recommended him to others.

He used the minimal amount he needed to because we were concerned with the pesticide level and we have not seen ants since. He came promptly. The pricing seemed reasonable.

Walked around with general advise and put down many poison baits in under thirty minutes. In my opinion, it is better to hire someone who can actually plug the entry points and use traps so that there is assurance they are caught and are not lying dead somewhere they cannot be seen.

I truly haven't seen these slippery sludgy things since this company has been coming. I have noticed none in my house and I haven't seen them accruing outside or congregating out there or anything like that. I am totally satisfied with them and they are a worthwhile service for me, so I have all good stuff to say about them.

As a new homeowner I don't have much experience with service people for house issues. Someone answered my inquiry immediately and Bob set up an appointment promptly. Bob arrived on time and sprayed the nest. He explained everything he was doing and what I should do afterwards. He guaranteed the nest destruction for 3 months. He even pointed out some other potential pest issues I should keep an eye on in the future (foundation cracks, tree branches too close to the roof). I was very pleased and will definitely use his services again, especially for pest prevention next spring.

We called and were told an exterior treatment would cost $99. He showed up when he said he would, noted that there was a lot of ant activity in the driveway around the area we'd seen the sawdust. He sprayed the entire exterior of the house and then used a different product to spray inside the cracked wall of the garage interior on the same wall where the sawdust appeared. He told me to clean away the sawdust and call them if it appeared again within 2 weeks, and that otherwise, they could contact us in April for an annual treatment. We have seen perhaps 2 ants inside the house since the treatment, and virtual none in the driveway.

Bob returned my call within an hour and came to set up the first trap that afternoon. He came each day to check on the traps and reset/rebait them. It took a week to trap the first one. Bob tried different locations and positions for the trap. The first raccoon was caught on a Saturday evening. I called his answering service just to let him know but he wanted to come and remove it then. That was thoughtful. Trapped raccoons are disturbing. As he took the raccoon away he left a rag saturated with coyote urine in the hole in the tree to discourage any others from moving in. Turns out there was one more which was caught a few days later. We then had the proper weather to fill in the hole (9 cans of foam insulation!). Our agreement extends for 6 months if we have further raccoon problems, which I can't imagine.
