Larry explained everything. Everything was cleaned up evenly. Job was great. Replaced rotten boards for free, foreman told me. I had left to do some errands.

Done as quoted. Used better quality roofing. Slow to start because of rainy weather but when he started he added extra people to complete the work in one very long day. He used special netting to protect our landscaping. Very professional, well organized, and friendly. Two of our neighbors saw the work as it was being do e and hired him for their roofs. We highly recommend this company!

Morgan construction responded quickly at our request for a quote.  Unlike other quotes we received, they also took the time to explain the process and recommended the type of roofing material to use.  It should be noted that the type recommended was not the most expensive type but the type best for our needs.

  They showed up on time the day of installation and did a great job both putting on the new roof and cleaning up after.  I  have recommended Morgan Construction to both neighbors and friends.  One neighbor hired them and was as pleased with their work as we were.  I would hire Morgan Construction again without hesitation. 

I was contacted immediately when I first requested a quote. A representative came to my house very soon after that contact and provided information and a proposal. After I faxed the proposal back to their office I called a couple of times with no response, waited weeks, received an erroneous call telling me my job would be done the following day (when, of course, no one showed up because I was not the customer scheduled for that day) then, finally, was called the next day to apologize for the wrong call and to schedule for the following day when the work was actually performed.   The old roof was removed and the new on installed in one day, as projected when the estimate was given.

Originally they said it would take a day and a half. We had a lot of rain so he added more people to the crew in order to get the roof done in one full day because our house was on the market. The crew was about 5 people and you could tell they worked well together and knew what they were doing. We were very happy with their services. They were the best! Two of our neighbors have used them since us. We had three other quotes and they had comparable pricing or a little less and they gave us a senior discount.

They salesmen were fine to work with and professional. I was frustrated with the crew they had working, I was not happy with their workmanship. There were a few issues with shingles hitting my neighbors house and a lot of things happened that should not have. They did come back and repaint areas that needed to be touched up.

He is wonderful.  They came and did what they were going to do. There was no hassle about anything. They did miss something but came right back and fixed it.  The price is reasonable.

Overall it was great. They stripped the roof, added a ridge vent and obviously put down new shingles. They started work first thing in the morning, took about 2 1/2 days, and cleaned up.

The company was polite and professional on the phone when we asked for a quote.  We talked to the staff and the owner during the project and found them all to be nice to deal with.  They quickly sent someone to the site to do a cost estimate, we had the quote in a matter of days.  The detail of the work to be conducted was through and the price was very good.  They were helpful in helping us understand the differences in the quality of materials and the work that was being offered by the other companies.   Of the 3 estimates we got, we selected this company because of the level of professionalism they showed and the confidence they gave us that they would do a great job.  They were prompt in setting up the appointment to have the work done.  The men worked liked dogs and quickly finished the task and if I were not home to see the roof was installed I would not have know they were there as the area was spotless when they left.  They were very nice to work with, helpful in making roofing material choices, prompt and efficient.  Most importantly they did a quality job.  We referred them to 3 household who all used them and they were all pleased as well.  I would highly recommend doing business with this company.

Larry ( the owner ) was on time for the estimatE and described in detail how the roof was to be replaced. The crews were professional and cleaned up all the debris from my yard. I am very happy with Morgan construction and would reccomend them to other members
