MIKE KRYSTAL CONSTRUCTION

We started our kitchen remodel with another contractor, but we fired him because the quality of his work was so poor. I called Mike Krystal, who we had hired before to remodel a bathroom (which also came out great) to finish the kitchen. He repaired everything that the other guy botched and a lot more. Mike does very high quality work. Every joint is tight, nothing rattles or squeaks. He fixed two doors that the previous contractor installed incorrectly. He knows so much about doors that he was able to find four or five things wrong with each door just by looking at them. He fixed them, ordered and installed several missing parts and made them both operate perfectly. While he was working on the kitchen he noted several other things inside and outside that needed to be fixed. He fixed them for a very reasonable price. He kept us up to date on his progress every day. We always knew when he would be coming back. He's very professional. His invoices are detailed so you know exactly what you are paying for. Mike took extreme care with our new flooring. He completely covered it with hardboard so it wouldn't get damaged while he worked. He even left a few pieces of hardboard behind so we could roll the refrigerator back into the kitchen without gouging the floor. He also protected the counters and cabinets whenever he was working near them. We're extremely happy with Mike's work and we're going to have him do a lot more in our house. He can do everything from small jobs to major remodels. His prices are very good, especially given the high quality of his work.
