Unlike some of the chains and other stores, the sales staff at Mazmanian is very low key. From the borrowing of samples, to ordering the materials to the finished job, it took about two and a half weeks. Their employees and subcontractors took their time installing the floor and the edges look perfect. My only critique would be, if I had been more involved with watching the install, I would have arranged some of the darker shaded floor planks against the lighter ones a little differently - but that is on me and not the installer. When I went to pay the bill, the owner asked if I was satisfied with the work - overall I was. If I had another flooring project, I'd definitely use them again.

See above!!! I'm really not happy w/ the work they did w/ my floor. They also installed carpet in my upstairs bedroom which came out fine!

I'm very happy with Mazmanian! Basically, another company installed carpet for us and did a poor job, and I've been living with it for years (lumpy carpet). I heard good things about Mazmanian from a friend in the tile business, so I decided to give them a try. Ricky came out with a helper and did an outstanding job repairing the carpet, at a great price. Everyone I worked with there was friendly and helpful, and they are a small family business which I also like. I was also pricing out new carpet and their prices were very good. Mazmanian is my new "go to" flooring store.

Not well. Carpet is fine but parquet floor unfortunately has a number of flaws. There are gaps where the floor should meet the wall and it is also cut poorly around ducts. The worse part is it feels like it's not level or adhered to the floor. The floor is wavy and is quite noticeably uneven. It feels like there are pockets where it is not stuck or glued securely. When I called one of the owners to return he said there was nothing he could do about it because there was some kind of a beam under the floor that caused the unevenness (?). I'm stuck w/ it I guess. Since that business is local and most area residents go there, I thought, why not? It was better then a "big box" store, maybe not. A "big box" may have been more accountable.

Setting up the install went smoothly. I'm very unhappy with the end results.The floor is not flat, it's "wavy". There are large sections where it bows, and feels spongy. I called Jay and he came out to check it. His assessment was there was a "beam" under the floor that resulted in it not laying flat. My son said, what he recalls was that the room's temperature was not turned up after it was first installed (they didn't do it or advise it be done) which is why it now bows. Again, when I asked, I was told it was the structure of the house. 
They also put "crown molding" along the base board but it was just nailed along the edge and the small nail holes are noticeable.It doesn't look like it's supposed to be there (it looks like it was just added as an afterthought!). There is also a strip of flooring joining the kitchen to the dining area and there is a space left uncovered as it abuts the wall.
This business is very popular in Billerica and I was really confident in having them install my floor, but I really wish I had gotten more estimates and recommendations.

Mazmanian did a great job. They arrived as promised and evaluated the situation. In no time they knew how tackle the work and came up with recomendations for our future needs too.

They did a great job. They came in, we talked about the work, and they gave us a discount. They came in, did it, and did it well. I would say that the price was competitive.

Great personalized attention in the store when picking out my kitchen floor and professional installation at my house. A really stress-free experience. My floor looks beautiful, better than I imagined it would!

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Mazmanian Rugs. Everybody was wonderful from start to finish. I was always able to reach someone in the office, and they called when they said they would. They were very punctual, neat, and professional. I dealt with Jason, Amanda, Rick, John, and Gary (and another installer whose name I didn't catch), and they were all really great. I have had bad experiences every single time I purchased carpeting, and it was so nice not to have any headaches. I still can't believe everything went so smoothly.

The salesman was extremely helpful in guiding us towards a carpet that would suit our needs and look great. They had an amazing selection. The installer was very professional and friendly. The carpet looks great, feels great and has held up so far. It still looks brand new. They were also very flexible and it was easy to book an installation appointment. I plan on using them again in the future.

They are excellent. They are very customer oriented. They were very responsive. The owner made things happen and worked hard to accommodate me. The other guys worked hard with me. They were very patient about my needs.

WHEN WE WERE LOOKING FOR CARPET, ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT EACH PRODUCT THEY SOLD. THE INSTALLATION WAS EFFICIENT AND THEIR CRAFTMANSHIP SHOWED IN THEIR WORK.
