We were given an estimate. It seemed high, but he said it would take him all day at least. Instead, the man was finished less than half a day into the job. And still charged us for the full day estimate. The work was done well.

I hired them to install 4 ceiling fan/light fixtures. They did high quality work and the result is exactly as I’d hoped. The price was higher than what I was expecting and when I pointed this out, they took $200 off the estimate, which made me think it was still too high. Seems like they aim high and expect people to call them on it. Would definitely recommend calling a few places to get a sense of pricing, but if their price is comparable, would go with them as their work is solid.

Make sure you get an upfront price and don t let them get away with I don t know until the serviceman gets there. The serviceman moved a bulb from one socket to another and the light went on. One ballast was dead the other ok. Ask what I owe you and he tells me a service call is $225. I exclaimed really! Well then, give me $150.00, which I did. Will never use them again.

Malvern was fantastic! I had a 3-family and detached garage completely rewired from top to bottom, new panels installed within the units, new basement panel, garage panel and had the 4 new meters installed on the exterior. His team always showed up when they were supposed to. I will be sure to use him again on any other project that I possibly can! When you find a good and honest contractor like him, hold on tight!!

I hired Malvern and his team to move my electrical panel via a junction box. They moved the panel but got too small a panel and combined too many of the wires. Tons of things weren't too code for example the electric meter wasn't moved when the electric panel was moved which is law.
