I used Kelly Dimbat of James Marcora Realty as my buyers agent when I purchased a condo. I had originally planned to buy a multi-family home but when it became apparent that I was finding hard to compete with buyers on conventional mortgages (I was looking at an FHA loan) I decided to buy a condo that I could live in initially and subsequently rent if necessary. Kelly was very knowledgeable about the rental market in particular and about home purchasing in general. The professionals she recommended (mortgage broker, home inspector etc.) were all very good. On each property we placed offers on she appraised the property and gave me a market rent analysis. She was flexible and happy to work with me when I changed my requirements significantly. Overall I was very happy.
