J & P TREE SERVICE

Called twice to get a quote on tree removal, once on Dec 15, 2014 and a follow up call on Dec 22, 2014.  Neither time receiving a call back.  Would find a better tree service who actually wants and values your business.

I called jp tree service and he got back to me in 2 days. I said i just wanted to have the 3 trees dropped and that i the neighbors were going to take the wood.

He came on time and within a few hours the trees were dropped.

I wanted to have some tree branches cut down in my lawn. Left a voicemail but never received a call back from the company.

They did a good job working close to house and wires, did not cause any damage.

My neighbor and I wanted to take down a dead tree on the border of our property. She called several companies for estimates and Jand P Tree Service had by far the lowest bid. I was not present for the estimates (my neighbor took care of that). Jand P gave us a range of when the service would be performed, and they were delayed a day or two from that due to weather. This didn't put me or my neighbor out though, but is why I'm giving them a C for punctuality instead of an A.
I was present when they took down the dead tree. They did it quickly, and did a great job cleaning up.
I was not present when they pruned my maple. They took off the dead stuff (a lot) and also did a great job cleaning up. The plants underneath that tree weren't touched. In both cases power lines were an issue, and there were no problems with the power lines.

The overall work turned out good. They were very careful and they cleaned up pretty well after they were done with their work. They basically did what they said they would do. I had checked with several other companies but I liked the approach they had to my problem and they had the best price. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future.

They left the trunks and took away the debris. They did a great job. They were very professional and friendly. They did a great job of cleaning up. They were very prompt.
