Everything went amazingly excellent. Joe ran right out to get a new toilet before the supply house closed. He brought it over and installed it quickly. Everything was done 2.5 hours after the phone call. Outstanding experience.

Had an emergency with a pipe coming out of my water heater breaking on a Saturday night. Called a bunch of places that either didn't pick up, said they would have someone call me back (which they never did), or that they couldn't come out till Monday. Joe said he would be able to stop by shortly and he did. He replaced the bad pipe to get us going temporarily but due to the nature of the issue we knew the water heater had to be replaced. He came back a couple days later with a new one (since the old one couldn't be replaced under warranty due to thermal expansion) and a new expansion tank and installed it in no time.

I have had J & A out for multiple plumbing jobs over the years and Joe is always extremely neat and professional and does meticulously high-quality work, a real perfectionist.  He is regularly on-time and is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right, and he is even willing take time out of his visit to answer questions and make sure I am completely satisfied with the work done.
I have not used him yet for heating/HVAC work but I will be starting a basement finishing project in the coming months and will have him out for relevant heating/HVAC work too, and I have no doubt it will also be top-quality work.
