So happy. To start, communication was excellent, and then when I needed the job done sooner, they accommodated my schedule. They arrived on time and the job was to take two days, but they decided they could get it done in one. I didn't want to be one of those clients who start "adding on" more details/work, but as I saw new possibilities while they were digging up the lawn, I suggested they come back another time to change something else. But they said they could fit it in. I am still going to insist on paying them more when I see them again, as they would not change the final invoice even though I insisted they should increase it. The job required getting some sod put in. They were supposed to bring it over the following morning, but when Juan went to pick it up after work, he said it was fresh cut/dug and it would be best to lay it on that night, and he came over and did it, adding on at least 20 more miles of driving after work. That kind of dedication to "doing the job right" means a lot to me. I still can't believe he did that. The cat fence installation was extremely complicated, and my cats and I are thrilled with the end result. Juan, Juan #2, and Chris are really nice people. I am already planning to hire them again for interior painting and more landscaping for the front.

Juan was very energetic and friendly. The quoting process went well and he was good at communicating through-out the different stages of the project. Unfortunately, the quality of the finished work was less than adequate. I had to call Juan several times about the quality of the finished work from large exposed gaps on the thresholds, exposed gaps to exterior frames on both doors to sloppy trim work on the mantel. The Mantel turned out very nice even though Juan needed to come back a couple of times to fix the issues that had been pointed out. Juan refused to finish the punch list of things needing to be fixed and threatened to suit me for holding back a small portion of the invoice. I ended-up having to apply another coat of paint to the mantel as you could still see blemishes from the install. I also had to remove the kitchen door and adjust the door jambs myself because the door would not close properly. The door still doesn't close right. They left trash scattered all over the property that I had to pick-up.

Juan was very professional and respectful of my time. He showed up when scheduled and completed a back.porch refurb in the time frame we discussed. Very affordable and awesome work. Thanks Juan! I have many more projects ahead. Annette

Juan as very communicative and proactive right from the start. He made multiple rounds to Home depot to make sure to get the right products, and if anything that was bought that was not the right size or shape, he did get it replaced as well. With no hassle. Work was done in a timely manner.

Well. Juan came and installed new blinds. When they were the wrong length, he ordered longer ones and came back and installed them. He was very polite and very professional.
