Our roof was leaking. As anyone who has had roof leaks will know, finding the exact location of the leak can sometimes be tricky because water can come in one place and travel beneath the roof shingles to another place on the roof(making it difficult to know where exactly the water is coming in from). Dave came over not once, but twice-and for no charge-to determine what was going on. The first time Dave came over he thought some shingles needed replacing, but instead of going ahead and doing the repair he wanted to wait to come over in a heavy rainstorm to see if he could make a more accurate assessment. It was during the rainstorm assessment that Dave determined it was probably not new shingles but better patching around our chimney and vent that needed to be done. We haven't had a leak since! Dave is a pro. He's sometimes tough to reach by phone(it can sometimes take a couple of calls to get him to call you back), but patience is a virtue and is well worth the wait. Dave will do top-quality work.
