He was very professional and did a great job

Brian did a great job. For short money he installed replacement tile and by doing so sealed our leak. The shower/tub now looks almost new again. He came up with a very creative and cost effective solution to our problem. Brian is easy to work with. Very nice and best of all, trustworthy. Although we had met just once before when he came over to provide an initial estimate, I was comfortable leaving him in the house alone to complete the work. I would be happy to rehire Brian, act as a reference, or pass his name along to anybody looking for tile work.

Exceptionally well

No complaints with the work. It looks very good. Mr. Cronin got right to work upon arrival and didn't stop until the job was done. I'm happy.

Excellent work, professional looking on work done

The job was done in a timely manner, but there are several finish details that were not done well- uneven corners, grout having to be done again, unfinished/poorly  planned threshold.

He was professional and very clear in his explanations about what he saw, why that was so, and what he would do to remedy the problem.

Process went very well - he came and inspected the shower, provided a rough quote and date for the work. Arrived promptly on that date and found several more tiles that needed to be fixed.
Removed and replaced all of the problematic tiles using spares left to me. Can hardly spot the difference between the old and new.
I thought this would be much more of a problem - his work exceeded my expectations. Would definitely use him again.

Great. Previous contractors wanted to pull all tiles around bath and replace everything, which was totally unnecessary. Brian seems to know just what needs to be done which is great from a homeowner's perspective!
Brian takes a lot of care to explain what needs to be done and to clean up afterwards.

Brian got back to us within one day of our call, and also came out for the estimate. He was professional and accommodated our very quick timeline for our kitchen tile and backsplash. We are extremely pleased with his work, trusted him in our home, and would definitely call him again if needed!

Brian Cronin was fabulous.  After looking at my bathroom, he gave me a detailed estimate of everything he would be doing.  The price was in line with other estimates, and I was impressed with his attention to detail and his advice from the start.  He and his helper arrived punctually every day for a week and completed the job in exactly the amount of time he had said it would take for exactly the price he had quoted me.  He cleaned up the area each afternoon before he left, and brought me tile samples for me to choose from so I didn't have to go to the showroom to pick them out.  He was knowledgeable about every aspect of the job and explained to me everything that he was doing.  He also recommended the shower door provider who turned ut to be very good and cheaper than any other I had found.
(As an aside, Brian's mother was quite ill while he was performing the work, and he managed to go and visit her each day, but still kept to my job so as to get it finished on time.  He is a consummate professional, a personable gentleman, and an excellent craftsman.)

     I couldn't have been more pleased with the Cronin Tile Co.  From the estimate, through the entire week of work, to the end
result, I was very happy with the Cronin Tile Co.  Brian, the owner, is very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.
His assistant, Brian, also, knows his job well and is as nice to work with and as easy-going as his boss.  Many times I've
hired a company where the boss is great, but his assistant or workers are horrible.  Both Brians work very well together.  They will go out of their way to accomodate your wishes and make changes -within reason- as the job progresses.  They  work quietly,
yet are friendly; they are efficient, yet pay attention to detail - which makes all the difference in their work; they are organized,
work neatly, and clean up well.  I was also glad to learn that installing a mortar bed (mud) beneath the tile on the floor 
(rather than installing plywood-which most tile installers do) and installing cement board on walls  (rather than green board
and glue to hold the tile- which most installers do) exceed industry standards and will preserve the bathroom walls  and
keep the floor from rotting due to dampness and water, which is everywhere in a bathroom.  Also, where some areas of my
old tile were still intack, he regrouted and cleaned, and made the old tile blend in and look like new.   

    I am so happy with my beautiful new bathroom.  The Cronin Tile Co. does excellent  work and I will definitely be calling 
them again.
