They came withvery reasonable estimate for moving a/c unit and rerouting the pipes. Came on time, Finished everything in 3 hours, were able to use my old and heavy A/C pad. Cleaned up and picked all debris. Will be calling Tim on all my future A/C needs.

Tim Brennan was prompt in responding to my phone calls, provided a free proposal, and was knowledgeable of the business and equipment that was installed. He came on the days scheduled and on time. Explained the work that was to be performed and was open to my input prior to the work being done. Good attention to detail and cleaned up work areas. Experience was satisfying and professional.

They are great. The owner, Tim Brennan, is really personable. We could tell that he was as honest as they come. He got right to the problem and there is something else that is wrong with our furnace that is a big expensive fix, but he was able to do a fix that will work in the meantime until we decide to fix the other one. We believe that a different service provided would have gone ahead with the expensive fix and not given us that option. He called us back right away. We will absolutely use him in the future.

My furnace died towards the end of October. With winter coming fast, I was hurrying to find a good heating company to replace it. I called Brennan Cooling and Heating, and Tim came out the very same day to have a look. He spent quite a while with me showing the different options I had. In the end, I chose a new hybrid heating and cooling system. This would replace both the very old furnace and A/C units with new highly efficient ones. This was the best choice for me, as all of the companies I had spoken with recommended changing the very old A/C unit at the same time. Tim ordered the new system and did the work within the week. The installation looks great, and the new unit performs fantastically. Not only was the experience great, but now I am looking forward to those lower heating and cooling bills.

My AC unit broke in the middle of a heat wave I called at 9:30 AM expecting a long wait. Two rooms in my house are rented and my guests had roasted the night before. Tim immediately understood the situation and said he'd be by around noon. He arrived at 11:45 AM; he was ready, polite and professional. He fixed the problem in less than a half an hour and explained everything clearly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a repair.
