Ernie knows his craft well -- he knew the location of the ant nest but asked questions I never thought of such as recent construction, the size/type of ants we were seeing, if we were seeing any queen ants, etc. He even noticed evidence of mice near the front of our garage and made sure that we were prepared for that issue as well.
For the service we paid for, we got so much more. Not only did he take care of our ant issue and headed off a potential mice issue before it could materialize, he also made sure we were covered for yellow jacket/hornet nests and a variety of other flying/crawling pests that could become a nuisance.
Also, the service we received is guaranteed and he will come back and spray in the fall to make sure that we won't have issues year round.
