DEAN WAS VERY NICE, AND RESPONDED QUICKLY TO AN ISSUE THAT HAPPENED ON A SUNDAY MORNING. HE CALLED TO TELL ME THAT HE WAS RUNNING A LITTLE LATER THAN HE THOUGHT. PRICE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE, OTHER PLACES I HAD CALLED, JUST TRYING TO GET SOMEONE ON A SUNDAY QUOTED MUCH HIGHER RATES. HE ASKED A FEW QUESTIONS TO BE SURE THAT WE HAD A CARBON MONOXIDE MONITOR, WHICH HE FELT WAS VERY IMPORTANT IN A POWER VENTED SYSTEM (AS OPPOSED TO A CHIMNEY). ONCE HE REPLACED THE PART AND GOT THE HEATER UP AND RUNNING AGAIN HE ASKED WHAT SETTING WE WANTED THE HEATER AT, AND MADE SURE WE UNDERSTOOD THAT WATER TOO HOT WAS A RISK FOR OUR CHILDREN. I KNOW I HAVE SOME ROUTINE WORK I NEED TO HAVE DONE SOON, I WILL BE CALLING HIM FIRST.
