WINTER GREEN PROPERTY SERVICES

Started off very well. Paid $3500.00 for 90% of completed work. One tree was not trimmed and a bush in front of the house was not trimmed or cut down to a smaller size. I was told in order to get the mulch that the bill needs to be paid. Once the $3500.00 was paid then he could pay for the mulch out of that money and that the tree and the bush in front of the house would be done. One week after the landscaper was paid I called him and was told the landscapers would be over in a couple days with the mulch and finish the work. 2 more phone calls within the same month and again was told the work would be done. We have 10 flower beds that everything has grown back. Small trees that were cut down grew back. In the back yard we have raspberry bushes that were cut down and grew back. My husband and I were very happy with the work that was done. But, we are not happy now. We paid $3500.00 for everything to grow back.
