Richard came to the house Monday evening after we called that weekend. He did all the repair work at the house without having to take the TV to his workshop. He replaced the cooling fan and then the color wheel which fixed the problem. Extraordinarily prompt, courteous and flexible service. He gets our highest recommendation.
