THE GLASS GUYS

I needed to replace a passenger side door window on my car after my car had been broken into. Because of the recent make and model of my car, getting replacement glass had to be special ordered. My car insurance company recommended another auto glass shop that would have taken 3-5 days to get the glass for my car. The car dealership of the make of my car (Subaru) suggested the Glass Guys. I left a message for them on Saturday afternoon, they called back within twenty minutes, and told me that they would call back first thing on Monday morning to see if they could get the replacement glass faster. I had called a few other auto glass businesses and was told that it would most likely take anywhere from two to five days to get the glass. The Glass Guys called me on Monday morning and let me know that they could replace the glass on my car that same day. They provide on-site service so they would meet me where ever I was. The Glass Guys came out to my place of work and within 30 minutes had completed the glass replacement and cleaned the broken glass from my car. They handled all of the paperwork with my insurance company, and because most MA car insurance policies carry a $0 deductible for glass, I did not have to pay.
