Vendor arrived in a timely way and repair went very well.

They gave me several options (including me bringing the locks to them!) and came to our home two days later, on Wednesday, to do the work. The price was what they said it would be and the service was done professionally. I would definitely call them again for anything lock / safety related.

Well - despite the fact that a signal was difficult in our area through no fault of Secure Alarm and Lock. They were committed to finding solutions to make a WIRELESS service workable.

The key works very well. There were some difficulties with programming the car which made the job longer than hoped but the results are very good. Service was pricey but that's a reflection of the way car manufacturers make these keys and less so due to the service provider.
Overall, a good experience and I'm happy with the service.

It took a few days to schedule a visit, and I had to make sure that I would find a time that met Keith's schedule and wouldn't get me caught in the potentially awful traffic from Winchester up to or back from Beverly (a trip at or near rush hour can be awful).
We found a time, I went up there, Keith made a copy, and it started the car just fine.
What we both forgot to do was to test the key not just in the ignition but also in the doors and the trunk. When I got to work (a 45 minute drive) I found that the key was just out of tolerance and would not work in the door or the trunk. It took a few days to reschedule, another hour and a half round trip, and he was finally able to hand me a fully working key.
Through it all Keith was professional, friendly, and apologetic.
In fairness, my car is 10 years old, and the wear on the original key and in the ignition lock did make this more likely to happen.
Were it not for the doubled inconvenience of a long trip to/from Beverly and forgetting to check the key in all locks, I would have given Secure Lock a top score.

He had find a special tool and actually had to lift the door. It was fixed in about 10 minutes. He was very professional and pleasant. The cost was very reasonable.

After calling two other companies who came out to attempt the work, Secure Lock and Safe came out and were able to remove an old safe bolted to our cement basement floor and attached to our home security system. They installed a substantial, new, fireproof safe in a different area of the basement and attached it to our security system as well. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable about the products, efficient and very responsive. Would recommend them in a heartbeat! Price was actually lower than the only other safe company who was willing to take on this challenging project. The first two companies that actually came to do the work left being unable to even remove the old safe!!
