PHIL'S A GREAT CARPENTER, I TOLD HIM EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED, AND WENT AWAY FOR A WEEK. WHEN I CAME HOME, I HAD A WHOLE NEW KITCHEN, NEW FLOORING AND INSTALLED APPLIANCES. I FELT TOTALLY COMFORTABLE GIVING HIM THE KEY TO MY HOUSE, AND HE CALLED ME EVERY DAY WITH UPDATES AND CONCERNS. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND THE KITCHEN HAS STOOD UP EXCEPTIONALLY WELL. ONE THING - HE ISN'T PARTICULARLY IMAGINATIVE, YOU HAVE TO FIND SOLUTIONS FOR YOURSELF - BUT I SEE THAT AS A GOOD (AND MONEY SAVING) THING.
