It is a nightmare! I am going to pay 140.00 in shipping now for a 70.00 item that is the wrong product. Even though I called immediately and according to Petedge order status was still in progress the customer service rep refused to assist me. Not to mention she was smug and sarcastic. Why can they not go into the computer and correct the order or even stop it. Instead they would rather cost the customer outrageous shipping fees. This is not a company I would recommend doing business with because obviously there is no customer service available it is a scam! They are just there to take your business and your money. Oh and to say oh well have a nice day!

I was extremely pleased with the personable, friendly, assistance and knowledge of the staff. On every occasion, the individual was extremely helpful and provided useful suggestions. Delivery was always extremely prompt usually 2 days!
