It is a nightmare! I am going to pay 140.00 in shipping now for a 70.00 item that is the wrong product. Even though I called immediately and according to Petedge order status was still in progress the customer service rep refused to assist me. Not to mention she was smug and sarcastic. Why can they not go into the computer and correct the order or even stop it. Instead they would rather cost the customer outrageous shipping fees. This is not a company I would recommend doing business with because obviously there is no customer service available it is a scam! They are just there to take your business and your money. Oh and to say oh well have a nice day!
Description of Work: I placed an order o;line with this company. They scam you into thinking they offer wholesale prices until they slam you with the handling and shipping cost. At Petedge you can not edit or cancel an order i=even if it has not been processed yet. I called immediately and the person at customer service refused to assist me. She stated that once I receive the order I can return it of course at my expense of shipping to and from. She was rude and laughed at me while being sarcastically smug. I wouldn't be smug working at a minimum wage job answering the phone! If they would help me I could get what I want without the wasted cost of shipping cost back and forth. The order was still in progress at the time I called. Why be so difficult? Oh thats right you make money off shipping and at the expense of your customers you claim to care about.

I was extremely pleased with the personable, friendly, assistance and knowledge of the staff. On every occasion, the individual was extremely helpful and provided useful suggestions. Delivery was always extremely prompt usually 2 days!
Description of Work: Provided cat condos and accessories for housing and comfort of personal and foster cats/kittens.
