Not professional at all. All i wanted was for you to send someone out to fix the clamp and it did not happen. Instead your telling me someone broke the clamp

Honestly, this was the easiest home repair I have ever dealt with. They came out to take a look at our wooden fence (which had collapsed into our neighbors yard) and got us a quote within 24 hours. We signed with them, and they replaced/repaired our fence within the week. So fast that, I hadn’t checked the back yard and emailed to set up the repair.. and it had already been completed. I will definitely use them for any future fence repairs/work we may need.

We were pleased with the detailed estimate we were given, as it was one of the factors in our deciding to hire them. When they came to install the fence they worked quickly and efficiently and the quality of the work was outstanding. We would absolutely hire them again.

This is a very good company. I am pleased with the fencing I bought and had installed. The manager, Keith, was very efficient, polite and professional. He was able to get exactly the fencing I requested - same color, etc. and my yard looks exactly like the model yard setup in the catalog! Thank you sir, and a special thanks to your workers for your attention to detail and proficiency in setting up my fence. I'm getting a lot of compliments!

They responded quickly to my request for a quote. I had a cedar fence installed in my small yard. The work was done in one day and looks amazing!

fences settle and we need to take that into account

They were nice but the workers never put the two fence together as one unit, they left a space between the two fences and what get them closer is an old fence pole they never took out so in between the two fences I still have a wooden pole.

We had to wait quite a while to get the work done, but once they came, they did excellent work. The fence looks great!

Customer service was not the best. Had issues setting up a date for installation, and understanding process of contacting Dig Safe. I also expected quicker replies to my emails. The laborers themselves were awesome and the materials used are topnotch.

I would recommend this company to anyone.
