I sent MJM a quote request on a Tuesday and did not get a reply until late Friday. I moved on and contacted other Angie list roofers who came out the next day Wednesday. If you need a timely quote I would not recommend.

Overall an excellent company and I plan to use them again for a larger project in the future. Jonian and Mario were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, hard working and good at communicating timetables and providing enough information for project options that allowed me to make informed decisions. We hired them to sand/stain our house, repair some siding and deck and install windows. Along the way, they encountered a few unexpected issues and made honest & fair recommendations about what actually needed to be fixed and what could be put off for a few more years (there was definitely some stuff that needed to be done immediately - some of our siding was rotted to the consistency of oatmeal and was allowing water to penetrate). In one spot where the water had gotten behind the siding, there was no way to determine how long it would take to repair due to a lack of visibility behind the wall and they offered to complete these repairs at an hourly rate. At the end of the day, they were able to complete that work much faster than expected and it cost me less than I had expected, which shows me that they are honest and fair. Also, thanks again to Mario for his help on the additional work on the interior of the house and for his help in moving my ridiculously heavy grill – it was much appreciated.

Part of higher cost was for replacement of all fascia boards with Azek and fancy gutter guards. They did beautiful work, eliminated a redundant downspout and eliminated one that poured water down our driveway and caused continuous ice in winter. Haven’t had rain yet to truly test it, but everything looks great. Project manager Jonian not only did the estimate, but was actually present both days and participated in the job... he took the time to explain/show us the products too. Would totally hire again!

MJM was excellent. Extremely professional and vert responsive. I had them remove the current top layer of wood on my deck and lay down trex. They took their time and every cut was precise. I couldn’t say enough good things about their work. I already have them providing another quote for an additional project. Highly Recommend!!!!!!

I called Mario to have him look at our slowly failing gutter system - leaks, falling downspouts, etc. He was prompt and courteous, and in the end we decided it was time to replace. He and his crew worked around the weather to get the job done on a Sunday... even painted the gutters going up the sides of the house to blend in, and left things as pristine as could be. He also updated me on the overall status of our roof...

MJM Construction did a fantastic job. They were responsive and professional during the entire process. We had some rain delays but Jon was in contact with us and back on the job on the first dry day. The house looks great! Jon also gave us a plan to address some more pressing issues going on with our house based on our concerns We plan to us MJM in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Went very well. I received prompt response to RFQ. Pricing was competitive, solution was best for my needs, additional issues were pointed out that competitors failed to notice. Once selected for work, communication was excellent. Work was performed satisfactorily, all my questions were answered, team and owner were very polite and efficient. I was impressed and plan to use them for future work.

MJM construction showed up early and worked non-stop all day everyday until the project was complete. High heat did not slow them down, their work and attention to detail was excellent and I'm very happy with the finished product.
