Bob was quick to respond, quick to get a price, and quick to start. He called and or his crew spoke with us just about every day. As items were being done, I had no problem with pointing out what I was dissatisfied with. It was always corrected and noted.  He used top quality paints from Benjamin Moore, and did a great job. I am super pleased. 17 years of a home that had not been painted, it looks amazing, We've had so many people compliment us on what a huge, wonderful improvement it is.
There were a few items I was not happy with, and he made sure that they were corrected by his crew, and had me approve it before he finished. We continued to have gutter issues, and only until is rained hard one day did we notice that they still were not right. He sent out his crew and work was repaired. He told me if it still isn't to my satisfaction, to call him and he'll go over each area with me until satisfied.
After a few weeks of having everything done, we had a water leak in our house. I called Bob again, and he was great enough to come out and review. He also suggested that he walk the claims adjuster through so that all items that will need to be repaired, are seen by the adjuster.  The insurance company welcomed his input, and frankly took all of the advice probably getting us the right amount to truly fix what needs to be done. We are very excited to have the work start, and will use Bob again.

Terrible. Shot a hole through my backroof with the power nailer. Had I not seen them do it, my roof would have leaked. The foreman actually said that to me. Front door was the bigger mess. To this day, it does not shut right. Crooked. Storm door is embarrasing. Falling off hinges, doesn't lock right, etc. Actually ruined my drywall installing it. Called them over the course of two years, kept coming back and doing patch jobs, but they should have really started all over again. I heard one of them say "this job isn't worth our time". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The original estimate was more but they reduced the price. One of them had to do some preliminary work like scraping paint, and I was really unhappy with this guy. I have a rain barrel which I use to feed the plants and he used it to discard some toxic chemicals like paint scraping and turpentine. Apart from that, their work was competent, but I had to keep chasing them. At the end, the quality of work they had done was good and they apologized for the delay.

BOB LAUGHLIN'S COMPANY SUBCONTRACTED BOTH JOBS. THE WHOLE PROCESS, AS INTRUSIVE AS IT WAS, WENT VERY SMOOTHLY AND WITHOUT INTERRUPTION (THEY DIDN'T START MY JOB AND GO TO ANOTHER AND COME BACK, ETC). THEY TREATED ME WITH RESPECT BY EXPLAINING WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP VERY WELL.
