THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. EVERYTHING THEY DID WAS A MESS. IT'S GOING TO COST ME MORE TO FIX WHAT THEY DID THAN WHAT THEY WERE GETTING FOR THE WHOLE JOB. I HOPE NO ONE ELSE GETS STUCK WITH THEM. THEY DIDN'T CARE WHAT KIND OF JOB THEY DID. THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE BACKGROUND NECESSARY FOR THIS KIND OF WORK. I HAVE BLUE GROUT BECAUSE THEY USED MY OLD BATHROOM SPONGE TO WIPE DOWN THE TILE GROUT. THEY LEFT GAPS AND HOLES WHERE THEY DIDN'T CLOSE THE SURROUND IN.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! REALLY IS A ONE STOP SHOP, AND WILL DO IT ALL AT A GREAT PRICE, AND GETS IT DONE QUICKLY. VERY STRONG WORK ETHIC, AS WELL. BASED IN BEVERLY, BUT WILL TRAVEL ANYWHERE.. I LIVE IN BOSTON AND HAD NO PROBLEMS COMING IN TO THE CITY AT ALL! VERY NICE, AND GREAT RATES. I ALREADY HAVE THEM COMING BACK TO: REMODEL FOYER, & ADD CUSTOM CLOSET AND SHELVING.
