They came in a timely fashion in April and by November part of his work blew off the house. Called him to get it repaired again and he never called me back. I couldn't afford to have it repaired by anyone else because I am elderly and disabled and on a fixed income.

Roof :
Venting was acceptable.
Foundation work:
Work is sloppy, communications are non existent and he doesn’t know building
permit requirements.
The job was to extend the piers that supported a second story
room, the room underneath is a workshop. It involved pouring concrete
extensions to existing piers, cutting and refitting the existing 6X6 posts to
the extensions and replacing some exterior trim that was removed for access to
extensions.
1 Permits:
A permit was required and I asked for one. Battiselli
said it was not required and didn’t get one. I noticed that no permit was
posted well into the job. I checked with my town’s building inspector and one
was required.
Any structural work required a permit.
By the time I noticed the lack of a permit, some of the posts
were already cut and the room was unstable, thus I was in no position to stop
the job and obtain a permit.
The contract stated all required building permits would be
obtained by him.
2 Errors:
An error was made; one of the six supporting posts was
cut with a and frac34;” deep cut along the total width of the post. When pointed out he
said the post was over built to start with but he would add a 2X4 to the post
for support if it would make me feel better. He damaged my house and would not take responsibility; he should
have replaced the post.
3 Quality:
When replacing trim, no attempt was made to screw trim
into existing studs, rather leaving 2” wood screws protruding into the
workshop, sloppy work.
4 Punctuality:
I would never know when his crew would arrive, they would leave without a word. If I could get a date of return it was never adhered to and I was never informed of any changes.
These are but a small number of my list of complaints.
I will never use him again, further it will cost me
additional monies to repair his work. I just wanted him off my property,
although I suspect licensing/legal remedies are available.
He did not care about the quality of his work, nor if I was
satisfied with his work, he wanted my money and that was it.
The experience was among the worst I have encountered with
a contractor.

We recently had a complete bathroom renovation done
by Battistelli and Co. and couldn't be more pleased. The crew was
professional, courteous, attentive and very helpful. They worked with us to
create a beautiful bathroom and shared their knowledge along the way. The cost
was reasonable and we were pleasantly surprised with the final price after
adding to the project in the middle of the renovation. A big thank you to
Glenn, Billy, Doug and the rest of the crew!!!

Contract agreement included power washing the house. When the crew showed up to paint, we stated that the power washing hadn't happened and were told it didn't need to be power washed even though the house hadn't been painted for nine years. We asked about getting part of the cost reduced because the power washing service was part of the contract but the owner refused. We stated our disappointment with the service in a letter to the owner but received no response. However, the crew was diligent, courteous and completed the work well.

I was very pleased with them until about a year after when we had a leak in the roof and even though we had the ice dam protection put in. He came back and he said well, what can we do? It's the way it is. He didn't do anything and I don't know if he could have done anything and I was a little disappointed with that. However, we haven't had any problems since then that I know of.

His work is outstanding.

Glen coordinated the several types of workers needed on this job. First a crew removed the old shed. and an adjacent large basketball hoop set in cement. They kept the site very clean and neat. Next the carpenters replaced the two large doors to our other deck. Then the carpenter repaired the side of the garage and roof and put in the new deck and mailbox. Then a very good painter did both the inside and outside painting. Finally a fence contractor put in our new fence. This took more than a month to complete, but Glen was always responsive when we called and always came by to make sure we were satisfied with each step. The finished product has definitely added value to our home and looks great.

The guy did a very good job. He came when he said he would. He did the job and cleaned up well. We have a good roof that doesn't leak.

I would say, that this is an A company. There were no surprises or extra charges. They were decent people to work with.

Everything went on well and they did a great job. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

He's very good. He was very good on customer service, very responsive and the owner himself came on site. All of the crew was considerate and polite, they did a good job. I got my value for the money and they were comparable to the other estimates.
