We were very pleased with the design options that he presented, it'll look great. We wanted to keep our existing floor and he somehow managed to open the space up without any work on the floor or the plumbing. The contractors were very impressed. His plans allowed us to shop around for cabinets and save a lot of money. We had budgeted $40,000 for the kitchen remodel and we're at $32,000. with firm orders/bids in hand. Keith will push hard for good design aesthetics but he also is very cost conscious so for us it was a perfect balance.
