After we contacted Phil he came to us with a sale strategy based on our home and the current market. In the beginning it sounded a little too good to be true. Everything he said from initial pricing to expected offers was spot on, its clear he knows the market extremely well. When it came to finding our new home he took all of our requirements and kept us informed whenever something would come up. When we found our potential new home he had an idea of what the final price would be and guided us through our negotiations. Once again he was spot on. Having 2 closings within 24 hours was challenging and he was extremely supportive whenever anything came up. He did everything he could to get us over every hurdle (there area always some) and in the end it all worked out. Highly recommend for any purchase and/or sale.
