I had brought my truck to my other mechanic and he said he'd have to cut the frame to fix this issue. I wasn't really comfortable doing this and brought it to Auto Dyne. They fixed the issue in a matters or hours and didn't need to cut the frame. I really like Auto Dyne a lot and feel very comfortable with their knowledge. They aren't cheap, but sometimes you get what you pay for. I've always been happy walking out of AutoDyne and will go to them with all of my car issues moving forward. AAA approved as well.

When I went to Auto Dyne, I got a quote to fix my issues that was going on with my car. The quote was $900 and they said if I didn't get this issues fixed with my car, I wasn't going to be able to get my sticker for inspection. Was a very nice place, they people were nice to talk to, and they were all clean.

I was kept informed every step of the way. I was allowed to have my car towed into their lot while Auto-Dyne was closed. They understood my time-table as car was getting stored for winter. I had not been able to find any shop that had been willing to locate an emergency brake cable/line since I had broken it. Auto Dyne was pleasant.

Owner seems honest. Work seems good. When he couldn't find the steering problem, he only charged for the requested oil change, no extra diagnostics fees at all. The brake job seemed good too.

Car was making weird noises. We found AD on the List and took it in. Turned out an iron bracket on the undercarriage had rusted through. The bad news was the repair was complicated. The service guy was very good about explaining it to me and even made it clear the problem wasn't a danger in terms of driving, so I could go without the repair if I chose. They turned it around pretty quickly. Only reason I don't give a higher grade is that the repair was expensive and I can't really say whether I could have gotten a better price. I'll use them again.

We have used their service for about the last seven years. They always provide an estimate ahead of time. We've never had a bad experience with them; they always do a good job.

They have always been very reliable and their charges are reasonable. If they find additional work that needs to be done, they will tell you, but they don't ever push you to make unnecessary repairs. They recently hired an exhaust emissions specialist and can now handle the "check engine light" problems that I previously had to take to the dealer. If you go to them regularly, you can buy a book of 4 or 8 oil changes and save substantially. The few times that they have made mistakes, they've fixed it immediately without an extra cost and apologized for the inconvenience.
