The owner called at start of appointment to make sure every was OK.

I needed a mover to do a relatively short job and found these guys on the web. They are not your high end, corporate movers but they did a great job for what I needed, careful moving of furniture around the house before, during and after refinishing the floors in 3 stages.
There were numerous large pieces that had to be moved carefully. There were three guys the first time, including Dennis, who clearly knows what he's doing, and two guys each of the other times; one of them was the same each time so they generally knew what had to be done. In each case, one guy was clearly newer to moving but the senior guy carefully mentored him.  There were some tricky moves since some of the doorways are relatively small for some of the pieces that we fit into some rooms. But, they figured it out.
The price was fair even though they didn't actually have to work the 2 hour minimum except for the last time. They did screw up the schedule on the final day but when I called, Dennis apologized and got them out to the house ASAP. He's responsive and cares about doing a great job for you.
