Dennis Monteiro and his crew did an excellent job on installing LED recessed lighting in my living room, and replacing old recessed lighting with new LED lights in the kitchen. They answered all our questions, were very helpful in showing us the various types of lighting (cool vs warm), had everything installed and running in a few hours. it looks fantastic! They were very careful about cleaning up also. A1 bunch of people, great work at a reasonable price!

The work went very well, indeed. The team showed up on time and got right to work. Getting wiring into the closets was no easy task; main floor closet required drilling up from cellar and bedroom closets meant climbing into nearly inaccessible attic from which to drill down. The work was difficult, but it was done in a very timely manner and they cleaned the spaces up nicely afterwards. Instead of our concept for a series of fluorescent-like LED tubes in the dungeon-like cellar, they suggested installing individual LED bulbs. We agreed and this option saved us money. The cellar is still a dungeon, but it is a very well-lit and welcoming dungeon. We are very happy with their work.

I was very pleased with Monteiro Electric. The young gentlemen that came to my home to do the work were professional and neat looking. They told me each step of the way what was happening and asked questions when they needed to. They were very clean as well, tarps on flooring and cleaned up after themselves before they left. I have a kitchen upgrade coming in the late winter and will be contacting Denis and his crew again for help with the home improvements there. I was completely pleased with their work ethics and business model!

We got a prompt, free estimate of the cost to remove ancient, live wires and to replace them. The work was done on time and for a better price than another contractor. I have used Monteiro Electric for my business and home needs. It is a pleasure to know that the work will be done right the first time.
