Description of Work: The contractor/manager claimed certain skills his company personnel did not possess. Decisions and commitments made by the contractor during $40 per hour owner and contractor meetings were disregarded by the contractor and were costly.

+ 4 moreWhat I really like about them was the fact that they had excellent craftsmanship and did excellent, quality work. I didn't get any other quotes besides theirs, but as far as I know, the amount they charged was fair.
Description of Work: They built a 1200 square foot garage addition for me. It took them seven weeks and they did absolutely everything for the garage including the painting, installing a door and windows, plumbing, electrical, etc.
