Contracted with Tim Wilkinson, the owner, to repair some damaged fascia on my home in Summer 2010.  He was supposed to show up in the morning.  Arrived and dropped off his helper, who sat under a tree in my yard on the hottest day of the summer for three hours.  Finally Tim arrived and completed the job.   Less than six months later, the fascia fell off and damaged the house.   He then wanted  *four-times*  the original price to repair the faulty work he'd performed.  We're headed to small claims court -- beware.
