Put up tent ourselves without any problems but inside tent still had decorations from previous use. The chairs supplied were obviously well used and rusty. Not quite what we expected for a wedding. Had to get friends help in borrowing some decent chairs on short notice. Had paid deposit for another larger tent and more chairs for the four day later wedding reception party later in the week. Called and spoke to a woman to cancel the order and request a refund of my deposit as NO CONTACT HAD BEEN SIGNED. Ten days later, still no refund. Terrible way to do business. Will Be Seeking Legal recourse for full refund and any collection fees. Would not recommend this business.

Edit 12/28/2015. I had recorded both phone conversations I had with this business to prove I requested a cancellation and a deposit refund, one even with the woman who I had paid. Still never got a response. Talked to a lawyer and played recordings. Probably good breach of contract case but opinion was maybe more aggravation for recovery of refund and collection costs even in small claims court. So these people got a free $125 from me for doing nothing. Don't waste your money. Absolutely recommend to stay away from.
