We at The Funny Farm are factory trained to service array of high efficiency boilers and have years of experience dealing with your boiler and hot water needs. We offer system design, installation, startup and service. Whether you are a homeowner or contractor, we will work with you! We are grateful for those that chose to protect us, contact us and ask about our military and first responder discount. Being a family owned and operated business, we treat you like one of our own, eager to learn about you, your spouse, children and dogs too! Our goal is to provide you great customer service, that is timely, reliable and cost effective. Whether it be designing a new system or servicing the existing system, we are here to help. Here are some things to think about: If your boiler is not serviced annually, it may void the manufacturers warranty. Boiler and heating systems that are not maintained annually, wear down faster and need to be replaced sooner than those that are. Annual maintenance allows us to find potential future problems ,which we in turn, notify you of the problem as well as the cost, so you can prepare ahead of time. We are factory trained to work on HTP, Lochinvar, Bosch, Buderus and Weil-Mclain high efficiency gas and propane fired boilers and water heaters. We also help your home be more "green" by advising you on new programmable thermostats and high efficient pumps!
