Overall the work that was performed was good initially. Was told that the work was warranted for a year. After about 8 months we starting having issues with the tile installed. Cracking tiles and issues with the grout causing loose tiles throughout kitchen. Tried to contact Helder numerous times but got nowhere. That’s not how you treat customers if you run a business. We had recieved multiple quotes for a complete bathroom renovation. All of which were in the 13K-14K range.Helder responded promtly and came to the house for an estimate. He was very professional and didnt try to add on anything that we werent looking for. A week later Helder contacted us with a written quote to which we agreed. A contract was completed for the remodel AND 15 storm windows. One major difference was that the quote Helder offered included a allowance for fixtures. We picked our own from his recommondation of using Simon's plumbing supply. The fixtures we chose were of higher quality and cost than what the other contractors had chosen for us (Grohe vs Kohler, etc.) Another thing that was much different was that the other contractors make the quote lower by putting in stipulations such as and quot;Add $1750 if electrical update is neededand quot; which of course will be needed if you have a home more than 10 years old. Helders quote included everything (demo, insulation, durarock in tub surround and floors, plaster, beadboard, electric, plumbing, tile work, etc.) and all of the subcontractors were excellent and professional. Helder was constantly coming by and checking on the subcontractors when they were here, which was very reassuring. The work went without any issues and was fully completed in 3 1/2 weeks with excellent results. Whenever I had a question on the work Helder responded almost immediatly by phone or text which is rare. Overall, we are very happy with our choice and will definitely be using Coelho Construction for our future needs. Its hard to find a trustworthy contractor that wont try and rake you over the coals, either with high prices or shoddy work. I am recommending him to everyone I know who needs work done.

I would use this company again. They did excellent work. They responded to my initial inquiry immediately. Helder, the owner, was extremely reseptive to answering all of my questions (I am very inquisitive and I like to ask a lot of questions). He and his crew were very prompt in starting the job and finished the entire project in 3 1/2 days. The quality of work was superb! The local building inspector also commented about what a "high quality" job they did! I am very pleased with my new beautiful deck!
