Crew of six men worked non-stop all day long. I was flabbergasted at how much they managed to do, all within the exact estimate that had been given in advance, and I will gladly use them again.

These guys were incredibly responsive: they gave us an estimate within a day, they met with us to revise the design within hours and they fit us into a very tight schedule to meet our time frame. They removed a tree late Friday afternoon and made sure to bring grading equipment during the weekend so that we could start first thing on Monday. They were very knowledgeable and helpful while picking out plants and they worked very quickly but thoroughly finishing the project in a little over a week's time. I highly recommend Waverly and would use them again.

He came by a few days after I called and then sent a proposal by email a day or so later. The price was in line with the others. I ended up going with someone else who had done work in my neighborhood already, but Waverly was my other choice.

They were extremely meticulous about cleaning up afterwards.

I cannot answer this as no work was done due to the lack of contact from the company.

I spoke with Steve Devoe and scheduled an appointment for him to look at my backyard and give me an estimate on pruning the trees and shrubs. He never showed up.

They were excellent! The price was really great and the job well done.

STEVE RETURNED MY CALL WITHIN THREE DAYS AND DROPPED OFF AN ESTIMATE WITHIN THAT WEEK AFTER VISITING THE SITE. WITHIN THREE DAYS OF SENDING MY DEPOSIT, THE CREWS ARRIVED TO DO THE WORK. THE CREWS WERE COURTEOUS, CAREFUL, AND CLEANED UP BETTER THAN I MIGHT HAVE EXPECTED - STACKING STAKES AND PIECES OF AN OLD HALF BURIED WIRE FENCE AT THE EDGE OF THE YARD, RAKING THE AREA LEVEL, AND CLEANING ALL THE WALKS. PRICE WAS THE BEST I RECEIVED.

I CALLED ON 9/19/05, AND LEFT A MESSAGE. STEVE ANSWERED MY CALL ON 9/22/05, AND LEFT ME A MESSAGE ASKING ME TO DESCRIBE THE TYPE OF WORK I WANTED, TO LEAVE MY ADDRESS, AND THAT HE WOULD LEAVE A PROPOSAL IN MY MAILBOX IN 2-3 DAYS. THAT SAME DAY I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE WITH THE INFORMATION HE REQUESTED. AS OF TODAY 10/15/05, I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM.

WAVERLY WAS PROMPT TO RESPOND TO QUOTE AND SERVICE. JOB WAS WELL DONE AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEIR WORK. THEIR REPRESENTATIVE WHO INITIATED QUOTE WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS.
