Mr Ron Albert is a very Professional man, he is passionate about what he does and extremely detailed in his reporting.
He was through and took 3-4 hours to go through the entire home inside and out.
We received the report very quickly by email
Very satisfied, would use him again if ever I needed another home lead tested.

Ron was great. He was responsive when scheduling our inspection, he showed up on time, he wrote a detailed report that was electronically delivered and most importantly he was really fun to talk to throughout the inspection. Covering 3200 square feet of house looking for lead with a special gun could be a really laborious task but Ron made it interesting and fun and I really appreciated his thoroughness and care.

Ron was great -- easy to talk to, very deep knowledge, and good advice. He showed up on time and completed the job quickly, and was willing to take time to answer all of my zillions of concerns and questions. The report was in my hands in less than a week. I would definitely call Ron again if we need lead inspection.

Who woulda thunk someone would have such a passion for lead testing, but this guy does! He was on time, thorough, professional, and I would definitely recommend him. He was especially good at providing an education as he went - explained what he was doing and why, explained compliance with codes and laws, lead paint usage and effects, etc. I especially appreciated that he squeezed us in since we were under a tight deadline. Aside from the lead test itself, he was a very pleasant and interesting person and I was almost sorry when the test was over, but I guess it's kind of weird to ask your lead tester if he wants to stay for coffee!

Ron came by the house right on time (actually a couple minutes early), gave me a thorough description of how exactly he was going to test for lead (which surfaces he would test, how the lead-measurement equipment worked, the order of the rooms, etc.) and he explained where the areas of concern were and for what reasons. It was an extremely thorough inspection, probably took a couple hours total, and I felt that Ron was happy to explain any little thing I asked. He would not recommend a specific contractor for lead removal, but provided a list of possible contractors (which we then looked up on Angie's List to select a contractor), told us what their work would involve, and even gave a ballpark estimate for what the work might cost to give us a sense of what we were in for (his estimate turned out to be right on).

Arrived on time. Pleasant to work with, with a good sense of humor. Explained everything he was doing as he tested the house for lead. Made himself available for questions afterward. Written report was a little bit hard to decipher and read but had the information we needed.

He was very informative. He offered lots of advice and information on other companies. He took his time and did a thorough inspection. He explained what he was doing and what he was using to do the inspection.

I called Ron at the beginning of the week, and he was able to fit me into his schedule that same week. He was very thorough, very professional and very willing to explain the law, the results of the test (which are immediate and do not require sending samples to a lab), and options for removal/abatement. He followed up promptly with the final report as well as suggestions for companies to perform the abatement -- one of which we are going with. Once we are done with the project, we will definitely work with Ron for the reinspection. Strongly recommended as a professional in this area -- especially if you are a nervous new parent and homeowner (as we were).

Ron Albert was the inspector. He was a little late but called ahead to let me know that he was running late from his previous appointment. He had a friendly and professional manner.

Great! I found Ron to be highly responsive and delightful. After a short round of phone tag, Ron called me and told me that he had an opening that very afternoon. Showed up on time, performed the test and was done within two hours. Very professional, charming and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him.

Terrific. Ron was extremely responsive and informative over the phone. He explained the advantages of deleading (including tax and liability). He also debunked some common misconceptions about the process. We set up an appointment for which he was prompt. He was courteous and remained open to questions. The process took slightly longer than predicted. He explained his findings and described the range of approaches to remediation. He also noted benefits of deleading both units simultaneously. Ron also gave us a very rough estimate of the cost to do the work, and some guidance about the contractors available in the area. Lastly, he was receptive to follow-up questions about widely divergent estimates we got from the contractors.

Overall Ron was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about lead and state lead regulations. He arrived about 15-20 minutes late. He was very easy to get in touch with. In fact I was able to reach him on his cell every time I called him. He was very prompt about sending the lead report although forgetting to include an invoice.

Ron was very accommodating in fitting me into his tight schedule. He arrived on time and was very helpful, explaining to me all that I needed to do to deal with the small amounts of lead paint that he found. He does not do the removal himself, but had a list of reputable lead paint removers, one of whom I have already interviewed and expect. I was particularly pleased to have an explanation of the tax credit, that is available for the removal of lead, which I would never have known about.

Ron was nice, personable, on-time. We hired him on a recommendation from a friend who used him in the past. He took the time to answer many of my questions about the abatement process and lead paint in general. While walking room to room, Ron provided numerous suggestions about how to save money on the abatement. Ron charges by how many pages of the report are used. The more rooms the house has, the higher the cost and vice-verse. We ended up using 24 pages for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story house. The basement was tested and the exterior was done as well.

Ron was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He arranged his initial inspection at a time convenient to me and then worked with the de-leader for the follow-up inspections so I never had to take time off work. He was available during the process by telephone. I didn't know before this inspection (and the de-leading work)what would in a practical sense be involved. Although the actual work was done by licensed de-leading contractor (at just under $8,000), it was very reassuring to work with Ron and find out right from the start what needed to be done in terms of scraping, what could be encapsulated, what had to be replaced etc. The de-leading contractor(s) also gave me an objectively-based estimates, on the work that had been identified by Ron so I also was comfortable with the estimates as well. If a rental property-owner is considering any improvement-style renovations, I would recommend de-leading: tax credits and deductions rather than lead poisoning or lawsuits.

Ron was a very nice and helpful lead inspector (although I have no experience with other lead inspectors). He came to our house, went room by room and pointed out the areas where remediation would need to take place to bring it into compliance. Ron had very helpful suggestions on minimizing dust generation. He seemed very knowledgeable about the abatement procedures and requirements, pointing out what effects the procedures would have on our house visually as well as the impact on us residing in the house (such as needing to be out during work etc). I do not know how to compare the price he charged - $15/page for the standardized abatement form (one page per room, exterior side, stairwell, etc.) - 30 pages in all for a two-family with 12 rooms + 2 bathrooms, 2 stairwells.
