Description of Work: Stephen did a great job, very professional and knowledgeable! He did a fantastic thorough inspection of the property. He provided a detail oriented report draft and final. The property was brand new construction, so he provided me with a punch list of items that needed to be fixed. Definitely comes highly recommended.
