At Remodeling Aid, LLC, we want to change the way our clients achieve their home renovation goals. We'll help you formulate a budget for your project, help identify and hire the necessary subcontractors, who will do the work, and we'll oversee every aspect of the project all the way until completion. No subcontractor markups, or markups on materials, cabinets, etc...We'll even pass along any professional discounts that might be available. We charge a flat fee, based on the project particulars, and that fee is fixed. We don't benefit from change orders, or unexpected costs, and since we don't collect half our fee until the project is done, we have every incentive to get the project done as expeditiously as possible. Talk to us before you hire a general contractor, and let us show you a better way to remodel.
