Raz and his crew did a phenomenal job renovating our attic. He has a lot of experience and provided really great advice to us at several critical decision points throughout the renovation process. He is honest and won't cut corners, and the result shows through the quality of his work. We will definitely be referring him to all of our friends!

Things went well with Raz's Construction. The job and quoting was scheduled quickly. I felt comfortable that there wasn't a major underlying problem as Raz had seen this issue before with older homes. The work was completed in less than one day and appears to have been done well.

When we did our final walk-thru, there were a few things we wanted corrected and Raz sent his men over to fix the issues we saw (caulking needed to be re-inforced here and there and a new storage door needed to be painted a different shade of white.)
Again, Raz quickly took care of these issues for us.

We love our new bathroom and love some of the design suggestions that Raz made for us.

My mother's single family home was going on the market for sale in Belmont after her death. Raz replaced the roof in the middle of the winter, (we had 60 inches of snow this winter, 2011), he re-did three bathrooms, painted the whole house, fixed windows, repaired too many things to itemize etc and the house sold to the first buyer because Raz did a beautiful job and met the deadline.

This is the third rehab Raz did for us.

At our Watertown two family houses, he has replaced a foundation and porches, installed replacement windows, did the hardwood floors, rebuilt kitchens and bathrooms, all within budget and on time. Raz's Construction took care of details that were not quoted on the estimate and did so immediately. I cannot tell you how often he has come to the rescue on all big and small jobs for my family. He is a professional who is courteous, respectful and hard-working. I rely on him for everything and am very thankful that he has been available to make all repairs when I have needed him to do so.

I recommend Raz without hesitation or reservation. He always delivers the very best work on time and within budget. And he is wonderful to work with!

He offers white-glove service. He sends out someone to my rental properties when they need attention. I once had a falling porch that he noticed and repaired. It looks gorgeous now.

When he was cleaning out my mother's house, when the snow was very high, he went over to the house and put out many bags of trash for me at six o clock in the morning.

They completed the project on time and on budget. The results were excellent. Everyone was professional and very pleasant. We would definitely use this company again.

Very competent. They knew what they were doing. They also had to do some wall repairs where the windows were going as well as re insulating them.
