The price was not much. He is very efficient. He is very prompt. He is very talented. He does good work.

The price included the purchase of new ladder and window pane.  The trapdoor to the attic is right on top of the stairway to my second floor.  This made the installation of the folding step ladder a challenge and required two people.  It's an old house so there was original horsehair plaster around the opening of attic entrance which was difficult for them to work with.  Chunks of the plaster would crack and fall down the stairs as they were hammering the frame in.  It was a messy job but they did a decent cleanup before they left the first day and when they were done the following day. They put putty or chalk around the cracks of the plaster so all I needed to do was paint it to have it looking like new. 

I needed the job done urgently because I was worried the roof might have been leaking due to an ice dam from all the snow that was on the roof at the time.  Matt came right away during a snow storm no less.  His responsiveness was very much appreciated and he had a "can-do" attitude. I'm not very handy so I watched him replace the pane. He took the time to explain what he was doing and  how I could do it myself if another window broke in the future.   

Matt is reliable and always keeps in touch so you know where you stand.

Overall they were very reasonable and always careful to distinguish what was their responsibility to fix on their work. We like them a lot.

MWM did a masterful job reconstructing 3 expansive decks on our condo building. This was a major construction project - the original decks had been poorly designed and poorly built. Serious underlying problems were uncovered as the rebuilding proceeded. Matt dealt with each problem, fixed them, and made the resulting decks not only functional but beautiful. MWM has an excellent work ethic - they do it right, show up on time, clean up every day, and are cheerful and professional. Prices are better than fair. We are thrilled with the results. I have hired them for more work.

I HAD USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE FOR ROOF REPAIRS AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB AT A GOOD PRICE. I CALLED THEM OUT TO DO THE 2 JOBS AND REPAIRS. THEY ONLY PAINTED PART OF THE HOUSE AND STATED THEY COULDN'T GET TO THE OTHER SIDE DO TO IT BEING A SLANTED ROOF AND LEFT 1/4 FINISHED. 2ND JOB, THEY REPLACED THE CLAPBOARD WITH THE WRONG MATERIAL. IT DOES NOT LOOK RIGHT OR EVEN AT ALL. POOR JOB. I CONTACTED THEM IN MID OCT. CHRIS STATED HE WOULD KNOCK OFF $100.00 OFF THE PAINT JOB DUE TO IT NOT BEING FINISHED, THAN HE STATED HE COULDN'T FIND THE RIGHT WOOD FOR THE 2ND JOB, BUT STILL DID IT ANYWAY, I WAS HOME THAT DAY AND HE NEVER STATED THAT TO ME OR EVEN TALK ABOUT THE PROBLEM. ALL THIS WAS TOLD TO ME AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE VIA THE CALL (TRIED 2 TIMES TO GET IN TOUCH)
