Working with Judi was a success: during our initial consultation she listened carefully and incorporated the views of three people in two different condo units to provide us with a plan that met our requirements and preferences. She gave us a clear estimate up front that the project stayed close to. We chose to install irrigation and Judi coordinated that and made sure we got what we needed. When there was an issue with a plant failing after the first winter, Judi was responsive in replacing it. The end results have been in place for two years and are still going strong with minimal maintenance on our part. Our yard looks great!

We hired Moodscapes for a project at our last home and are working with them again for a new design project at our new home.

It went very well. Part of the backyard had never been landscaped and Judith met several times with me to come up with suggestions that met my vision in terms of type of plants, color and design. After an initial miscalculation of the dimensions of the backyard the work progressed smoothly. She prepared a portfolio with all the possible plants so I could make choices. The crew who did the work were all very nice, skillful, professional, efficient.

Judi and her team were fantastic! She met with me on multiple occasions to review my vision and make suggestions. I have very little gardening experience and Judi was able to offer low maintenance and beautiful solutions. She is easy to work with, listens to her clients and is able to translate their needs into reality.

Overall great. Judi and her team have a good sense of design and are responsive to any requests. Upon checking several references I received similar feedback. We'll look to work with her for future projects in our yard!

Judi was a pleasure to work with. She did a great job redesigning our home front yard based on discussions, photos, and rough plot plans, and then, with her crew and subcontractor, implementing the redesign. This was my first-time attempt to get landscape help for work that we've always done ourselves over decades. I especially appreciated the interesting plant selection and the organic gardening methods. The project time-frame was not a concern to us, but ended up stretching over the growing season: initial deposit in May; first design received in August; planting completed in October.

The patio exceeded all my expectations. It is a work of art and adds so much to my property. In addition, Moodscapes had planned and planted my entire back and side yard one year ago. Now that it has a year of growth I can really speak to how much I enjoy the plantings. Judi took the time to get to know me and designed the planting’s to add beauty and peace to my yard. I can’t wait to get out and spend time there.

Judi and her team are great. We met earlier to talk about options, and Judi readily sent along recommendations for native trees for our area. She also had many other good ideas for other parts of our yards and we plan on doing additional work next season with her and her team. Responsive to communications, Judi also dropped by beforehand to determine exact placement of the tree. Overall great experience! Recommend!!

It went very well. It took a while to start the work, not because of Moodscapes but because of the drought this summer. Judi was reluctant to plant while things were so dry and I appreciated her honesty about the likelihood of success with the dry weather. Throughout the summer, Judi kept in touch with me and we discussed in detail and several times what plants I wanted planted. When Moonscapes finally did plant a few weeks ago, they did a marvelous job. Judi really listened to what I wanted from my gardens and the combination of plants is interesting and beautiful. In addition, the grass came in better than I expected. Moonscape employees were friendly and efficient - they completed the planting job in 2 days and left everything in beautiful shape. Judi gave me very detailed directions for watering the lawn. I am so looking forward to the spring when everything comes up again. I am planning on using Moonscapes again for my spring and fall clean-up.

Excellent. Judi is a terrific and creative professional who really cares about her clients and seeks to nurture long-term relationships. She was very attentive to our concerns. This was a tough summer because of the drought, and Judi was highly responsive to some early problems, and got them addressed and fixed in a satisfactory way. We will be continuing with her for ongoing maintenance needs and we are highly satisfied customers.

Judi transformed my pathetic little patch of dirt into a fragrant urban oasis that generates a lot of WOW, and she made the process fun, companionable and instructive. Definitely recommend: she's very thoughtful in her approach.

Judy was pleasant to work with as well as her crew. She provided a plan for our approval before she began, so if something did not work in a certain area it could be changed. She uses organic materials, and likes to check as the work progresses. She also checks on the garden area after it has been finished for a while to make sure everything is fine with it. Every one of her sub- contractors did a great job. She is always available for any questions. She is expensive and her maintenance is expensive. That is why I rated that aspect as fair. I would hire her again as she is someone who cares about what she does and cares about her business.

Judi (the owner) met with us to hear our wishes for the renovation of >75% of our home's landscaping, provided a detailed design plan and comprehensive quote, and revised the plan according to our wishes. She and her team removed old landscaping, including >40 year old boxwood hedges and foundation plantings, and installed new plants (perennials, shrubs/trees) and organic mulch. Her company oversaw the installation by contractors of a cedar fence, and updates to the sprinkler system. The work was expensive but it was a massive job that was done on time. 4 months later, the garden looks great, even with the wicked summer it endured. Judi is very conscientious and strives to help her clients find the best options for their particular situation. Her team was very diligent and returned several times to address small issues, follow up with care instructions, and to replace the few plants that didn't survive transplanting.

We particularly appreciated Judi's creativity and flexibility in helping us to think through both the big picture and the details of what we were intuitively wanting to create. She was willing to go through several iterations in the design with us to get it to exactly what we wanted. We needed a garden with low-allergy plants and Judi collaborated with us closely in identifying and finding the right mix of perennials, shrubs, and trees. We had initially hoped to have a boulder as part of the garden, but access to our yard would have been too difficult. During the planting of one of the trees, Judi's team was able to unearth a large boulder underneath the ground and with great difficulty managed to extract it and place it in the perfect spot. We highly recommend Judi and her landscaping team for both small and larger-scale projects.

I have been extremely pleased with yearly care that has been provided since the initial plantings. Mulching, pruning, and weeding is done in a timely manner and the yard continues to look great.

Judi and her team are proactive in proactive in providing specific care instructions and have been very responsive to any requests I make. I plan continue with the maintenance program for years to come!

Our backyard is complicated with several awkward spaces at different levels. Judith suggested a design to maximize the use of the patio space. Judith went with me to look at pavers, stones, etc. She also made helpful suggestions based on images that we downloaded from the internet. We are very happy with the end result. Judith and Aram were a pleasure to work with. We are now consulting with Judith for an irrigation system, redesigning and new plantings for the front yard, etc.

The design was fantastic and Judi was extremely responsive and professional, the plants and trees are selected to be low maintenance and we love all of them. Judi has even guaranteed her work and agreed to replace the 4 little shrubs that didn't make it through the heatwave. the fence installation was beautiful and customized for us. Her subcontractor Art did a great job The sprinkler subcontractors work was a bit of a disappointment as the costs crept up and responsiveness was not very good. At the end of the day we love our new garden...Judi listened to our needs and created a zen space for us

Judith did a great job of putting together a comprehensive design that gives us 4 seasons of interest and is well suited to the space. As requested, she used mostly native plants which should be more hardy, as well as organic mulch. Judith was also very responsive to requests in real-time as we had to adapt the plan to available inventory at nurseries. Our next project is our back yard and we plan on using Moodscapes again.
