MIKE CONLEY PAINTING

Mike Conley Painting, (AKA - "MC Painting" or "Conley Mike Painting". I hired Mike to paint one of my rental apartments. Soon-after I realized that he doesn't actually do the work himself but has a team of non-English speaking workers who do. His role seems limited to buying paint, supplies, and giving estimates. He told me the paint was included in the price he gave me which made the quote sound reasonable. However, he didn't explain further that it only included one coat of paint on the walls which was clearly not enough to fully cover over the old paint. The painters applied a thin coat of paint on all the walls, and there were many streaks and poorly covered surfaces left on the walls when the paint dried. I was very unhappy and I told him so. Many of the surfaces clearly needed an additional coat of paint which he did not return to reapply and correct. Overall I was left very disappointed in the appearance of the walls and quality of the work he and his team provided; along with his refusal to correct the poorly done areas. I would not recommend his services to anyone.
