Our home is at the bottom of a long driveway. We can now get both cars out of the garage and drive up to the street.

I have no complaints about the quality of the work - Ktona Landscaping kept our lawn and yard looking beautiful. They were a bit on the pricey side for our yard, but that would have been worth it for the quality of the work. However, the communication was awful. He would fertilize and use pesticides on our lawn without our prior approval - something we wouldn't have approved had we been asked. He would charge us for clean up work that we didn't request or authorize. He also inexplicably didn't respond to our requests to restart service one year until we threatened to use another service (mid May). After two years of using his services it just got to a point that it was more frustrating to work with him than it was worth. I don't mind paying good money for lawn maintenance, but I wanted it to erase a headache, as opposed to give me one.

Generally Ktona is fine; however, he is rather expensive and has not been particularly responsive to requests. Overall, considering how much we are paying for his services, our lawn is simply not looking very good and there are weeds throughout the shrubs. In our case he is simply too expensive for the level of service that is provided.
