This is a family business with a personal touch. When there is a problem with the furnace, the response is quick. My only complaint is it is sometimes difficult to schedule the annual furnace cleaning and tune-up.

I have been getting my heating oil from Hi Energy for years now. They show up next day for delivery and once when my boiler wasn't working, the owner came down after dinner at around 8 and showed me and my roommate how to twist a little handle on the heater to fill it with water. A bunch of 20 something year old girls are not the best at home maintenance... but that we can do! And he didn't charge us for the trip! Saves paying a plumber with a call fee!!!

Sometimes they take a while to get to the yearly furnace cleaning, but they are very responsive if the furnace breaks.

I have used this oil company for over 12 years. Nice family owned business. I can't remember if there there was a time when I called and they didn't answer the phone. They are always helpful, friendly, SHOW UP FAST when you need them, and will explain anything you want to know. My upstairs neighbor is also using them from my recommendation. I am moving to a new house that has gas instead of oil, and I miss these guys.
