I have been going to 5 Star Cleaners for 15 years. I have tried a few others along the way, but 99% of my business has been with these folks. Never a lost order, if a button come off, they replace (no charge), shirts done just the way I like.

I think that they started of cleaning with a lot of detail. I think that toward the end, they were just trying to get in and get out. They were nice and trustworthy. They didn't steal. They seemed honest.

PAUL, WHO OWNS THE COMPANY, IS WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH. HOWEVER, THE QUALITY OF THE WORK IN MY HOME HAS BEEN MEDIOCRE. MY RUGS ARE NEVER FULLY CLEAN, SURFACES ARE RARELY DUSTED, AND THINGS ARE OUT OF PLACE. THE WORKERS ARE FRIENDLY AND POLITE, BUT THEY WORK FAST. I THINK THEY USE THE SAME DIRTY RAG TO WIPE ALL THE COUNTERS. I HAVE NEVER SEEN DISINFECTANT. THIS WEEK THEY FORGOT TO CLEAN THE DINING ROOM TABLE. THEY ALSO LEFT THE DOOR WIDE OPEN AND I HAVE AN INDOOR CAT. WHEN I HIRED HIM, I MADE IT VERY CLEAR THAT THE CAT COULD NOT BE LET OUT. I REMAIN WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I LIKE HIM, AND QUITE FRANKLY, I HAVEN'T HAD THE TIME TO FIND SOMEONE NEW, BUT I THINK IT'S TIME TO START LOOKING.

THE BLAZER WAS THE TOUGH JOB, IT HAD FROSTING FROM A BIRTHDAY CAKE ON IT AND THEY HAD NO PROBLEM GETTING IT ALL OUT.
