John arrived at my home in the scheduled time slot and fixed my electric dryer that had a broken belt. In additional to having a new belt installed, I had him use a Tune-up kit to replace the roller and pulleys that were clogged with hair and dust. He is very professional and explained all aspects of my repair. John (Owner) was meticulous and efficient for my specific repair task and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Factory appliance and will use them in the future.

This week my refrigerator thawed out unexpectedly ruining my groceries and contributing toward a bad week. It wasn’t too old but I thought it was time to replace it. I prepared my bank accounts and ordered a new model. I was talking to a friend about it and they recommended I cancel the order and call John from Factory Appliance. John answered the phone promptly and scheduled an appointment to come out the next day. He was extremely professional and took the time to explain what happened and showed me the part that had failed and why a newer, inexpensive part was better for the job. The part, labor and overall bill was extremely reasonable and John saved me a lot of frustration. I highly recommend Factory appliance and will use them in the future.

It went very smoothly. I called Factory Appliance and they answered the phone. From there they asked me to describe the issue (which was with a Fridgidaire fridge) and then they took the tenant's phone number to schedule an appointment. They went to see the tenant the same day and diagnosed the problem with the fridge. They gave me an estimate for the repairs. I approved the estimate. They ordered the parts and 3 days later when the parts arrived they installed the repairs and I paid for the job to complete.

I called Factory Appliance and John (the owner) gave me a time that same morning and showed up exactly as scheduled. He listened to the sound and told me what was wrong (a small plastic part in the direct drive was broken). I agreed to the repair and he disassembled the washer to the point where he could reach the direct drive, and indeed a small plastic part was broken. He replaced it, reassembled everything, and turned on the washer. It worked perfectly, and has continued to do so. While he performed the repair I carried on a detailed conversation with him about washing machine engineering and quality, and he was congenial and knowledgeable and answered all my questions, even though they were unrelated to the immediate problem. Then, after he was finished, when I asked a question about another feature of the washer that we did not use but also was in poor condition, he took another quarter hour to look it over and adjust it so that it would work as intended. He did not charge for this "consult."

I called the number listed on Angie's list and he gave an appointment for an initial estimate ($69) which would deducted of we hired them for the service. The person who came was very professional and on time. He diagnosed the problem soon. He was very friendly with the kids too. He called in for the parts required. Came back again on time for the second appointment and fixed the machine soon.

They were so nice! They answered my phone. They cleaned it out too. They came out right away. They were terrific.

I forgot to cancel an apptt with another place since we needed our dishwasher fixed asap and we were able to find someone over the weekend to come. called this morning since he was at my door, per the appointment. I felt awful to have missed calling them back to cancel, but the technician and the office(who called me later) were very polite and even though I offered to pay for the visit, they refused to take the money. They were very keen on learning on why I couldnt make the appointment and how could have set something up over the weekend as well. This is a sign of a well run professional company. I've had repairs done with them in the past and they got the job done.
