Description of Work: After my husband's death, in the effort to try lower my expenses, I told him that I only wanted him to do minimal work like mowing without pruning or mulching etc. His work is good but, he really tried to take advantage of me since I became a widow. After I gave him what I thought was his last check, he kept submitting bills to me for work I did not authorize. The bills were sent closer and closer together. I told him not to do any more work for me face to face, by letter and by phone but, he still persisted in sending me bills for approximately $800 and most recently, in excess of $1000. I gave him two checks for work I didn't authorize. Even after I told him they were the last payments, he still continued to submit the bills. The work that was done did not need to be done and after repeated attempts to tell him verbally, by letter and by phone, he persisted on continuing to do the work. In some cases, he didn't do the work he claimed to do but he still continued to send me bills.
