General Remodeling
I'D HEARD HORRIBLE THINGS ABOUT WORKING WITH CONTRACTORS, BUT JAY OR SOMEONE FROM HIS TEAM WAS AT OUR HOME EVERY SINGLE DAY, PERFORMING THEIR FEATS PERFECTLY. THE WORK IS AMAZING. JAY IS A PERFECTIONIST AND UNDERSTANDS WHY IT'S IMPORTANT FOR THINGS TO LOOK JUST AS GOOD BEHIND THE WALLS AS IN FRONT OF THEM. HE SET A BUDGET AND STUCK TO IT, AND WHEN HE HAD QUESTIONS REGARDING ARCHITECTURAL DETAILS, HE WAS SURE TO GET MY INPUT BEFORE MOVING FORWARD. HE'S ALSO AMAZING AT RECYCLING. ITEMS HE PULLED FROM THE DEMOLITION HE REUSED IN AREAS WHICH SAVED US MONEY. HE WAS CONSCIOUS OF OUR BUDGET AND WORKED WITH US TO STAY WITHIN OUR LIMITS. HE'D EVEN LET US KNOW HOW WE COULD SAVE MONEY ON PARTICULAR ITEMS IN ORDER TO CUT DOWN COSTS. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH WONDERFUL THINGS ABOUT JAY AND HIS TEAM! FRANKLY, THIS EXPERIENCE WAS DELIGHTFUL, AND I DON'T THINK TOO MANY HOMEOWNERS CAN SAY THAT ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CONTRACTORS. EVERY ONE OF HIS SUBS WERE GREAT, TOO!
