Great! Muzzioli Associates were always responsive, above and beyond what we expected. After giving us several options to take care of our dying lawn, we choose the top choice, which was guaranteed. They completely restored the lawn, and a year later they repaired a patch that we thought we would have to take care of. They do a great job of regular lawn and shrub maintenance, too.

My mother is 72 and decided last year that she could no longer take care of the shoveling (I don't live close enough to help her) so she hired Muzzioli.  Considering the winter we just endured their service was phenomenal and as my mother said "worth every penny".  They would come quickly to not only shovel her driveway but they also shoveled both front and back walkways, stairs and porchs.  If that wasn't enough when one of the storms was on trash day they took out her trash and shoveled an area into the snowbank to put her trashcans so they weren't on the street.  I can't say enough good things about them.  Other neighbors use them during the summer for landscaping and they also cannot say enough good things about them.

They plowed and shoveled snow throughout every winter so the approximate date of service is misleading. So the jeep comes after a storm, day or night, which is a good thing, with a plow, and plow out the driveway. Our sidewalks and walkways are shoveled well but when there is a lot of snow like we had last winter, it is difficult to do it as mandated by the town. We sometimes have to call to ask them to come back and they do it. We live on a high traffic, busy street, so it's by no means easy, especially when town snowplows pile the snow on our sidewalks over and over. When they come back, they do a good job. The guys who come out are nice and work hard.

The project was well designed and the work was very professional with superb artisans. All the employees, including the non professional workers knew their jobs and performed them well. If additional talent was required to complete a task, it was brought in on a timely basis. I felt part of the design process throughout. Any changes to the original design were identified and agreed to by me before work was done. I didn't pay a dime until each segment of the project was complete and I was satisfied. The contractor absorbed considered expense for labor and materials until I was totally satisfied with the result.

They were very responsive went it came to giving me back a quote. When it came to follow up and asking questions it was very difficult to reach them. I even left questions with his secretary and he still did not get back to me. My assumption is that they did not have all of the necessary licenses to help me. I would not use them in the future.

They arrived promptly and began work. They were very professional. We were having multiple projects done on the house and they worked around that reasonably well.

They gave a prompt estimate, and scheduled and completed the work in one day. They did a good job as far as I can tell. They were unable to pull the old pipe out and instead had to excavate the yard. We were told this would be a possibility.
